Development
Development is coming
What the city is being asked to approve, and where.
A page for every case that goes before the Development Review Commission: the address, what the applicant asked the city to approve, and what the commission’s own minutes record happening. A hearing agenda is published before the hearing it announces, so what was asked for and what was decided are kept as two separate facts and are never merged into one.
What you will be able to do
- Look up a street address and read the case filed for that property.
- Sign up for alerts about what is proposed near your own home, so a hearing on the next street is something you hear about before it happens rather than after.
- Read what the commission decided, where its minutes record a decision — and a page that says plainly where no result is recorded.
Going live soon — stay tuned.
